Recipes for Fall Drinks

When the weather starts to cool down, the leaves begin to fall and class gets back in session, it can only mean the autumn season is upon us. We have the perfect assortment of homemade cocktail recipes to help you ring in the fall season, such as the Pumpkin Spice Russian and Cranberry Vodka Punch, along with a few classics like the Bloody Mary.

Pumpkin Spice Russian

  • 1 fl. oz. Absolut Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 fl. oz. pumpkin spice liqueur
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • Ice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 pinch pumpkin pie spice
  • whipped cream

Pour Absolut Vanilla Vodka, pumpkin spice liqueur and half-and-half over a glass of ice. Stir the drink, garnish with a cinnamon stick and top off with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.

 

100 Pumpkin Martini

  • 3 fl. oz. Absolut Vodka
  • 1/2 fl. oz. pumpkin spice liqueur
  • 1 splash simple syrup
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Add Absolut Vodka, pumpkin spice liqueur and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

 

Cranberry Martini

  • 1 1/2 fl. oz. Absolut Vodka
  • 1 1/2 fl. oz. cranberry juice
  • 1/2 fl. oz. orange liqueur
  • 1/2 fl. oz. dry vermouth
  • cranberries

Add Absolut Vodka, orange liqueur, vermouth and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with cranberries as desired.

 

Cranberry Vodka Punch

  • 2 cups Absolut Vodka
  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. orange liqueur
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • Ice
  • Oranges, sliced

Add Absolut Vodka, orange liqueur, cranberry juice, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg into a large pitcher. Stir until blended. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Serve over ice. Garnish with orange slices.

 

Sage Passage

  • 2 fl. oz. Absolut Mango Vodka
  • 1 1/2 fl. oz. pomegranate juice
  • 3/4 fl. oz. lemon juice
  • 1 fl. oz. simple syrup
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Fresh sage leaves

Add Absolut Vodka, pomegranate juice, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and sage leaf.

 

Bloody Mary

  • 2 parts Absolut Vodka
  • 3 parts tomato vegetable juice
  • 1/4 part Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 part lemon juice
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • Ice
  • 1 stalk celery

Add Absolut Vodka, tomato vegetable juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, horseradish and pinches of salt and pepper into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass over ice. Garnish with a stalk of celery.

 

Espresso Martini

  • 2 parts Absolut Vodka
  • 1 part Kahlua
  • 1 part espresso coffee (cold)
  • 1/2 part simple syrup

Add Absolut Vodka, Kahlua, simple syrup and espresso into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

 

Moscow Mule

  • 2 parts Absolut Vodka
  • 1 part lime juice
  • 4-6 fl. oz. ginger beer
  • 1 wedge lime
  • Ice

Pour the Absolut Vodka and lime juice into a collins glass or copper mug over ice. Top off with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

Harvey Wallbanger

  • 2 fl. oz. Absolut Vodka
  • 5 fl. oz. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Galliano liqueur
  • Ice
  • Orange, sliced

Add Absolut Vodka and orange juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass of ice. Float the tablespoon of Galliano liqueur over the top. Garnish with a slice of orange.

 

Vesper

  • 1 fl. oz. Absolut Vodka
  • 3 fl. oz. gin
  • 1/2 fl. oz. Lillet Blanc
  • Lemon peel, sliced

Add Absolut Vodka, gin and Lillet Blanc into a cocktail mixer filled with ice.

Stir and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon peel.
